Namibia Seeks Consultant for Railway Qualification Framework
The Ministry of Works and Transport (MWT) of Namibia has issued a call for expressions of interest for consultancy services to develop the Namibian Railway Qualification Framework (NRQF).
Backed by financing from the African Development Bank under the Transport Infrastructure Improvement Project – Phase II, the initiative aims to create a nationally recognised, industry-aligned qualification framework to strengthen skills, quality, and mobility in the country’s railway sector.
The selected consultant will lead the comprehensive design and implementation of the NRQF, ensuring alignment with national and international standards while addressing the sector’s skills requirements. Interested parties must demonstrate relevant expertise, including similar project experience and key experts’ qualifications.
