Indra Appoints José Vicente De Los Mozos As CEO

Indra, a global technology and consulting company, has announced the appointment of José Vicente de los Mozos as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The decision was made by Indra’s Board of Directors, led by Marc Murtra, following the proposal from the Appointments and Remuneration Committee.

De los Mozos brings extensive executive experience from his career at the Renault Group, where he served in various roles. He is currently the Chairman of IFEMA’s Executive Committee. As the newly appointed CEO, De los Mozos will join Indra immediately, subject to ratification by the company’s shareholders at the upcoming Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on June 30.

The Board has also accepted the resignation of Ignacio Mataix, the former CEO, expressing gratitude for his services. Mataix will continue to support Indra as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors for the next two years. Additionally, Axel Arendt has tendered his resignation as a board member.
