IFC Seeks Consultant for Zambia Lobito Corridor Investment Mapping
The International Finance Corporation (IFC) has issued a request for consultancy services to support the design and implementation of an Investment Mapping along the Lobito Corridor in Zambia.
The assignment aims to identify existing and potential private sector-led investment opportunities, focusing on anchor investors, SMEs, and possible Public–Private Partnership (PPP) models to mobilise private capital and strengthen value chains linked to the corridor.
The mapping exercise will cover the Copperbelt and North-Western provinces, through which the corridor passes, as well as Central Province, given its proximity to the route. It will include desk research, field visits, and stakeholder consultations to build a comprehensive picture of Zambia’s investment potential connected to the Lobito Corridor.
The solicitation (No. 0002018798) was issued on 7 October 2025 and closes on 16 October 2025. For more information ,go here: (Premium subscribers only)
