Djibouti Seeks Transport Engineer for Ethiopia–Djibouti Corridor Project
The Government of Djibouti, through the Djiboutian Roads Agency and with funding from the African Development Bank (AfDB), has launched a call for expressions of interest for the recruitment of an individual consultant to serve as a Transport Engineer within the Project Implementation Unit. This forms part of the Ethiopia–Djibouti Multinational Transport Corridor Project.
The consultant will work under the supervision of the National Project Coordinator to support the execution of project activities. Tasks will include needs analysis, scoping of studies, drafting terms of reference, assisting in bid evaluations, reviewing technical studies, assessing the quality of deliverables, evaluating the relevance of recommendations, revising final reports, and presenting results to stakeholders.
