Call for Public Comment on Economic Regulation of Transport Amendment Bill

Parliament’s Select Committee on Public Infrastructure and Minister in the Presidency is calling for written submissions on the Economic Regulation of Transport Amendment Bill [B10-2025] by 1 December 2025. The Bill amends the Economic Regulation of Transport Act, 2024, mainly to correct errors in Schedule 1.
