UIC is pleased to announce that the Call for papers for the 12th UIC World Congress on High-Speed Rail is now open.
This prestigious global event will take place from 8 to 11 July 2025 in Beijing, China, under the inspiring theme: “Innovation and Development for a Better Life.”
The UIC invites experts, researchers, and professionals from both the technical and management sectors of high-speed rail (HSR) to submit their latest research and innovations for a chance to present at this world-leading congress at no cost.
This is your opportunity to showcase your work on a global stage, connect with top professionals in the industry, and help shape the future of high-speed rail.
Hosted by the China Academy of Railway Sciences (CARS) on behalf of the China State Railway Group (CR) and UIC, the congress will bring together key players in high-speed rail from around the world.

Submission requirements:
Proposals must include an abstract (in English only), a short biography, and a photo.
The deadline for submissions is Sunday, 15 December 2024.
