Angola Renews Mandate of ANTT Board of Directors

Angola’s Minister of Transport, Ricardo Viegas D’Abreu, has renewed the mandate of the Board of Directors of the National Agency for Land Transport (ANTT).

The decision was announced on 20 February 2026 and takes immediate effect, establishing a new three-year management period for the agency.

In exercising powers delegated by the President of the Republic under the Constitution of the Republic of Angola and applicable legislation, the Minister formalised the renewal of the ANTT Board.

The reconstituted Board of Directors comprises:

  • Énio Renato de Magalhães Costa, Chairman of the Board of Directors
    • Norberto da Silva Barreto de Carvalho, Administrator for Administration and Finance
    • Sandra Marisa Lidador Vigário Ramos, Administrator for Legal and Regulatory Affairs
    • Etelvino Tito Ernesto de Almeida, Administrator for Infrastructure
    • Juscelino Oliveira, Administrator for Operations

According to the Ministry, the renewal of the mandate reinforces its stated commitment to institutional strengthening, governance, efficiency and quality of public service within the land transport subsector.
